These terms apply to the OneZero by Boundless public website. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written project terms.

Using this website
You may use the website for lawful information and project-inquiry purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, test security without written permission, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or misuse forms and connected services.
General information, not a project commitment
Website content describes possible services and working approaches in general terms. It is not professional legal, financial, medical, security, or regulatory advice. Availability, scope, timing, technology, and price are confirmed only in a written agreement. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship.
Studio Lab and sample interfaces
Studio Lab examples may use synthetic sample data, static interface shells, simulated outputs, or limited prototypes. They demonstrate possible workflows and design patterns. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, they are not live production systems, client results, security certifications, or evidence that a particular outcome will occur.
No guaranteed results
Websites, marketing, search, advertising, automation, software, and AI work can improve how a system operates, but results also depend on the market, offer, evidence, budget, competition, data, vendors, staff response, implementation, and other factors. Rankings, leads, revenue, cost savings, uptime, model accuracy, and other business outcomes are not guaranteed by this website.
Ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original copy, design, code, structure, and visual assets are owned by or licensed to OneZero by Boundless. You may view and link to public pages, but may not republish, sell, copy, or commercially reuse protected material without permission. Client names, third-party marks, software, and linked materials remain subject to their respective owners and permissions.
External services
Links and integrations may lead to services that OneZero does not control. Their availability, content, security, privacy practices, and terms are the responsibility of their providers. Use them according to the provider’s terms and your own risk assessment.
Availability and changes
The website may be changed, corrected, suspended, or withdrawn without notice. While reasonable care is taken with public content, the site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Project questions and website issues
Use the contact page for project questions or to report a website issue. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the public form.
Client-centre accounts and decisions
A client-centre service request is a request for human review, not an order, quote acceptance, contract, or guarantee of availability. Scope, fees, dates, and obligations exist only in an applicable written agreement. A portal approval records the selected decision, user, time, and version for project coordination; it does not replace a separately required signature, legal approval, financial authorization, or change order.
nAccount holders must use their own access, protect their password, sign out on shared devices, and contact OneZero promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not attempt to view another client’s records, attach yourself to an existing organization without authorization, or upload sensitive material through a channel not specifically approved for it.
