Verified clients can use the live workspace now. The public examples elsewhere on the site remain clearly labelled sample data.
The OneZero Client Centre is the calm operating layer behind the work. It gives an owner, assistant, approver, or project lead one understandable place to see what needs attention without learning another project-management platform.
Know what is happening, what was decided, and what comes next.
New accounts begin empty and private. Email verification requires an explicit confirmation, password recovery uses WordPress security controls, and each client sees only records connected to that account.
Plain truth: A service request is sent for human review. It is not a surprise purchase, contract, quote acceptance, or automatic charge. Scope, investment, and timing are confirmed by a person.
Everything starts with what the client is trying to do.
Choose a service in plain language
Browse 18 website, visibility, sales, operations, software, AI, and design capabilities. Add context, timing, and investment range, then send one organized request for review.
Approve or ask for a change
See the current version, decision state, due context, and consequences together. Approvals require an explicit confirmation and record the user, time, note, and version.
Keep questions attached to the work
Send private project messages, see their status, and keep ordinary questions out of scattered inbox threads. Sensitive credentials and records still use a separately approved channel.
What is live inside the workspace
- A personalized overview with progress, next step, attention queue, recent requests, and recent messages
- An 18-item service catalogue with search, categories, starting bands, timelines, fit guidance, and a human-review request builder
- Persistent request history with understandable status, timing, investment context, and reference numbers
- Version-aware approvals with approve, request-changes, confirmation, notes, ownership checks, and activity history
- Private client-to-team messages with delivery notice and a connected CRM record
- Staff-published reports, billing records, due context, and verified hosted payment links when one is intentionally configured
- Profile, time zone, password recovery, separate marketing consent, double opt-in, and no-login unsubscribe controls
What the system refuses to fake
Ordinary WordPress media links are not treated as private document storage, so direct client file upload stays off until guarded storage and access controls are connected. A card form is not displayed unless a verified payment provider is intentionally configured. Empty dashboard theatre is replaced by clear empty states and a useful next action.
Simple enough to explain in one minute.
- Verify the email. Open the secure link, then explicitly confirm before any account is created.
- Choose a password. Use the one-time WordPress security link and sign in on the private account page.
- See the next useful action. The overview surfaces a decision, request, message, or clear starting point.
- Keep the record together. Requests, versions, decisions, communication, reporting, billing context, and account choices stay connected.
Questions clients and assistants usually ask
Can I log in now?
Yes. Use Client Sign In for an existing verified workspace, or Create a Workspace to begin with a new, empty account. OneZero staff must separately authorize access to any existing organization or project records.
Can I buy a service without speaking to anyone?
You can organize and submit a request. It is reviewed by a person before scope, dates, investment, or contractual obligations exist. This keeps convenience without turning a complex service into an accidental checkout.
Are client records public?
No. Operational record types are private, absent from search and the public API, and protected by account ownership checks. Account pages are no-cache and noindex. Highly sensitive material still requires a separately approved channel.
Could OneZero build this for our customers?
Yes. Client, dealer, member, owner, tenant, vendor, and employee portals can be designed around the real workflow, roles, approvals, communications, payments, reporting, privacy, and handover obligations.
Use the Client Centre—or ask OneZero to build yours.
Existing clients can sign in. New clients can create an empty workspace. Organizations exploring a custom portal can start with the repeated customer question, approval, handoff, payment, report, or support step that causes the most friction.
