This policy explains, in plain language, how OneZero by Boundless handles personal information connected with this website and project inquiries.
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Information you choose to provide
The project form may collect your name, email address, organization, website, project goals, timing, budget context, and message. If you continue a conversation, you may later choose to provide other information needed to assess or deliver the work.
Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the public form. This includes passwords, payment details, health information, government identifiers, private customer or employee records, privileged legal material, and trade secrets. A more appropriate sharing method can be agreed when required.
Technical information
The website and the services that operate it may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, error logs, and security signals. This information may be needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and understand whether the website is working.
How information is used
- Respond to an inquiry and assess whether OneZero is a useful fit
- Prepare a proposal, scope, estimate, or project recommendation
- Maintain business communications and records
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website
- Meet legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests
Submitting a project inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Personal information is not sold as a contact list.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, forms, email delivery, spam and security controls, backups, analytics, customer relationship management, or professional operations. Providers receive information only as needed for their role and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or users.
Cookies and similar technology
The website may use cookies or similar storage needed for site operation, security, preferences, forms, or measurement. If non-essential advertising or analytics technology is introduced, the related notice and consent controls will be updated where required.
Retention, access, and correction
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, active business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, or an ongoing client relationship. You may use the contact page to ask about personal information connected with your inquiry or request a correction or deletion where applicable. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Security and cross-border processing
Reasonable administrative and technical steps are used to protect information, but no website, email, transmission, or storage system is completely risk-free. Some service providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that location.
Questions
Send privacy questions through the project contact page. Keep the request general until a safe way to verify identity or exchange supporting information has been agreed.
Client centre, inquiries, and email choices
The OneZero client centre stores account identity, organization details, service requests, approval decisions, ordinary project messages, account preferences, and related activity so OneZero can provide the workspace and requested services. Website inquiries may be stored as private lead records with their source, status, owner, and next action. Do not submit passwords, payment card information, health information, identity documents, or other highly sensitive records through ordinary forms or messages.
nAccount, security, inquiry, and requested-service messages are operational communications. Optional Journal ideas and offers use a separate, affirmative choice and email confirmation. Contact-form submissions do not automatically join the marketing list. A promotional email preference can be stopped without signing in.
nOperational records are restricted to authorized staff and the client account that owns them. Email logs retain delivery metadata rather than passwords, reset links, verification tokens, or full confidential message bodies. Ordinary WordPress Media Library URLs are not represented as private file storage. OneZero reviews retention needs and supports access, correction, export, and closure requests through the Contact page.
