OneZero by Boundless is a senior-led digital studio based in Durham Region, Ontario. We help established businesses make it easier for customers to understand, choose, and work with them – then improve the systems behind the scenes.
Jason Wilton
Jason Wilton is the Strategic Lead for OneZero by Boundless. He leads the early diagnosis, shapes the commercial and product direction, and remains accountable for keeping the work understandable and tied to the business problem.
Specialists may support design, development, content, automation, or other parts of a project when the scope calls for them. The client should always know who owns the next decision.
Durham roots. Ontario reach. Remote collaboration.
Durham Region is the studio’s home base. Projects elsewhere in Ontario and selected remote markets are delivered through an agreed remote or hybrid process; service areas are not presented as additional offices.
The name OneZero by Boundless connects this focused studio offer to the broader Boundless business direction while keeping project scope and responsibility clear.
Start with the result the business needs.
You do not need to arrive asking for AI, a particular platform, or a long technical specification. Bring the missed opportunities, repeated work, customer friction, or product idea. We will help determine whether the useful answer is a clearer website, a better sales process, automation, a portal, custom software, or a smaller discovery project first.
Find the real bottleneck
Look at the buyer journey, operating process, tools, evidence, constraints, and cost of leaving the problem alone.
Make the first useful release
Define a controlled scope that people can review, test, own, and improve instead of promising every possible feature at once.
Learn from real signals
Use approved evidence, customer response, workflow feedback, and measurement limits to decide what deserves the next investment.
How we describe the work
- AI when it is useful; conventional software when it is the better answer.
- Human approval for consequential, sensitive, or customer-facing decisions.
- Clear assumptions, limits, ownership, and handover expectations.
- No invented case studies, testimonials, credentials, rankings, revenue, or performance claims.
- No pressure to replace a working system when a focused improvement will do.

The first conversation is used to understand fit and identify a sensible next step. It is not a promise that every inquiry requires a large build.
