Is Cockpit a Basecamp replacement?
Cockpit is designed to replace the scattered setup many small teams and clients experience: tasks in one tool, approvals in email, metrics in another, and decisions nowhere. It is not claiming feature-for-feature parity with every mature enterprise project suite on day one.
Do One Zero clients really get Pro included?
Eligible active delivery clients receive Pro access during the covered engagement at no added software charge. The agreement confirms duration, users, modules, and what happens after the engagement.
Is it a download or a website?
Both experiences come from the same PWA-first product. Use Cockpit in the browser or install it on supported desktop and mobile devices. Native apps can follow where device-specific capability makes them meaningfully better.
Are projects completely confidential?
Cockpit is designed for private, permission-aware workspaces, but responsible security avoids absolute promises. Access controls, vendors, storage, retention, support, and incident handling must match the data involved. Highly sensitive secrets use an approved separate channel.
Can clients and teammates use the same project?
That is the core model: each person should see the appropriate projects, actions, files, and commercial context for their role. Team and client permissions will be released only after tenant isolation and role controls pass production review.
Does requesting an add-on buy it automatically?
No. A request captures intent and context for human review. Scope, dates, fees, authorization, and contractual obligations exist only after the appropriate written confirmation.
What happens to the existing Client Centre?
It stays. The Client Centre remains the private One Zero service route for verified clients. Cockpit becomes the larger product and the Client Centre becomes its client-service experience, not a broken redirect or abandoned account area.
Are these prices live today?
They are the planned launch structure in Canadian dollars. Final limits, taxes, trial terms, availability, and billing details will be shown before paid activation. This page does not charge anyone.
