OneZero / Ontario growth systems

Digital Systems for Retail and Hospitality

Customers expect accurate information, a quick answer, a smooth booking or buying path, and consistent service across channels. Teams need campaigns, orders, inventory, locations, and customer communication to stop operating as separate islands.

Make the public promise match the real operation

Connect discovery, transaction, fulfilment, and the reason to return.

The useful system may combine local pages, campaign creative, reservations or ordering, customer updates, review requests, repeat-visit messaging, and a management view. The sequence depends on the existing POS, commerce, booking, inventory, and staffing reality.

What we will not pretend: OneZero does not guarantee foot traffic, bookings, sales, reviews, inventory accuracy, delivery times, or campaign return, and does not replace food-safety, consumer, tax, payment, accessibility, or employment responsibilities.

Use the systems already doing important work

Replacing a POS, booking platform, ecommerce store, payment provider, or inventory system can create unnecessary risk. Start by identifying where configuration, content, integration, automation, or a focused custom experience can close a customer or operating gap.

  • Google Business Profile, location, menu, product, and service information
  • Search, social, video, promotion, and event campaign systems
  • Reservation, wait-list, ordering, pickup, delivery, and support routes
  • Email or text follow-up with consent and preference controls
  • Review, loyalty, repeat-visit, and customer-service workflows
  • Location, campaign, booking, order, inventory, or service reporting

Friction matters at checkout and booking

Ask only for the information needed at each step. Make price, timing, availability limits, fulfilment, cancellation, fees, support, and confirmation state understandable. A beautiful interface cannot compensate for an unclear transaction or an operation unable to fulfil the promise.

Plain answers

Questions buyers usually ask

Do we need a custom ecommerce platform?

Usually not as a first assumption. Established commerce or booking platforms may be safer and more economical. Custom work makes sense when a valuable workflow or customer experience cannot be supported appropriately.

Can you manage promotions across locations?

A project can structure campaign assets, landing pages, location eligibility, approvals, tracking, and reporting. Local availability, fulfilment, pricing, and staff communication still require named operational owners.

Can you connect inventory to the website?

Potentially, if the source system provides suitable access and the refresh timing and accuracy meet the promise shown to customers. Limits and out-of-stock behavior must be designed explicitly.
